# Misch & Friends

Friends is the voice-first MischLabs companion for Monica CRM.

Monica stays the archive. Friends is the daily surface:

- dictate or type what happened
- review the structured result
- save journal entries, contact notes, and reminders
- write to Monica when `MONICA_API_TOKEN` is configured

## Local Start

npm install
npm start

Without `MONICA_API_TOKEN`, Friends runs in demo/local mode and stores entries in `data/entries.json`.
